Albany Records Management utilise a professional archiving software that involves the application of barcodes to all items entering storage. These barcodes can relate to an archive box and optionally individual items within any given box. Our barcode and software facilities trace records from initial collection through to eventual destruction or retrieval including all movements, recalls and activity through the storage period.

We can custom build and provide access to an online database linked to our storage software that enables the entering, tracking, searching and ordering of records and supplies. This database can be tailored towards whole boxes, individual files or the combination of the two. Our system also allows for already established internal codes to be integrated into our database.

With a customised database available we also offer the service of cataloguing all your records onto our online system on your behalf. Utilising our database will make searching and ordering archives simple and time efficient for your business. We can also offer a private viewing room for your convenience.
