Our system traces records from initial collection through to eventual destruction or retrieval including all movements, recalls and activity throughout the storage period.
The system also allows for a custom online database which enables you to enter, track, search and order records and supplies. This database can be tailored towards whole boxes and/or individual files. Our system also allows for already established internal codes to be integrated into our database.
Our staff are availble to catalogue all your documents onto our system on your behalf. Utilising our system will make searching and ordering archives simple and time efficient for your business, we can also generate any storage and activity reports as required. Our private viewing room is available for your convenience to view documents onsite.
